About egan architects
Innovation & Collaboration
Steve Egan grew up surrounded by real estate development gaining a life-long passion for architecture and construction. He went on to work in carpentry while studying architecture at Northeastern University. This combination of hands on skill-building with cutting-edge technology and education still guides him and this firm today.
He went on to work for a top Boston firm specializing in mixed-use and multi-family developments before transitioning to a Cape Cod based design-build company where he led the design portion of the office. There, he gained experience in high-end, custom, single family residential projects while continuing to hone his skills on self-performed mixed-use and commercial projects throughout New England.
Now licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Steve has developed a reputation for being able to work with developers, builders, and property owners through all phases of design and construction on a variety of project types from single family to multi story mixed use developments.
